Fees are billed according to the selected plan cycle and are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Product purchase refunds for end customers are managed by each store owner independently. exploringCart is not the payment intermediary for those transactions and is not responsible for refunds on store owner sales.
